Missing this so much!!

Sorry beauties for my absence, i have been so busy with everything from work to play.  Recently I have been very busy on my art work and have had the hardest time getting one of my works framed.  Its too big and I am having a hard time getting anyone to be willing to frame my piece.  It is 42x42 inches. I understand.  Regardless, I have had so much to work with some new beauty products and some of them are so amazing while others are just ehh.  I can't wait to share everything with you guys.

Split ends!!!

HeY!!! so I have been so busy with the first week of classes and an asthma attack and cold weather.  It has been hectic and almost hellish.  But everything is better now.  I am healthy and happy so everything is okay.  This post is about those awful split ends.  They are seriously the worst and make it impossible for me to grow out my hair.  I have just chopped off two inches of hair and I am pretty sure that I got if not all of my splits, enough to not have to do another chop for a while.  I read that especially in the winter, it is really import to keep the hair moisturized to prevent brittle hair from just splittting all the way to the roots.  I have read everything from hair masks to vasiline but I am using a afro hair product called mega-grow.  It is supposed to have all these protiens and things to make my hair strong.  I like it because it really moisturizes, but you have to be very careful to not use too much, or it will make your hair super greasy and gross.  This stuff has wheat protein, oat protein, soy protein, horsetail extract, what germ oil, olive oil, flax seed oil, jojoba oil, silk amino acids, avocado oil, coconut oil, and grape seed oil.  I personally thing this stuff is pretty great, you just have to learn how to use it.  I use only about a dime size amount and when I put it in, I seriously rub it in.  It says put in on the roots all the way down to the ends, but I personally just put in in from the ears down.  I don't like greasy roots.  I hope you try this product and I must say now, this is really only for the curly girls with super thick hair, anything else and this product has the potential to be a disaster.

Keratin hair therapy (Organix)

Hello everyone!!! I'm so sorry I have been absent for so long but school has been brutal.  Anyways, I have still managed to try some new products.  I'm sure almost all my curly haired women (or men) have at least heard of the Brazilian keratin hair treatment.  If you haven't , basically, this product is to fill in what ever "hole" are in your hair with the protein, keratin.  Usually these treatments are very expensive and the home care ones, I have heard, usually aren't as good as the salon treatments.  I bought the Organix 30 day treatment. This product is supposed to be one of the safest, and by what other reviews have stated, one of the best at home keratin treatments.  I have just put it in my hair and my hair feels super silky smooth.  In two days, I am supposed to wash this stuff out and I will have frizz free hair for a month.  YAY!!!

Finals!!!!

Sorry everyone for not posting recently.  Things have been so hectic with classes and exams that I have not had any time to get my beauty sleep let alone post anything about being beautiful.  So, though all this stress of classes, I became frustrated with my bangs and decided to give them a new look.  A few notes about my actions: 1) never chop when things are stressful. 2) Always go slow when the decision to chop has been made. I did neither of these and now my bangs look a little...silly.  I am not happy because now I can not wear my hair naturally curly and because my bangs will take a bit to grow back out.  So, my point of showing you my embarrassment is to get this point to you.  If you ever think your hair need a new look, please, wait at least a day before taking scissors to your hair.  Also, DO NOT ask your boyfriend with he things while in your head you know it looks awful because he will either say the truth which will make you cry, or he will lie and that will piss you off and also make you cry.  Regardless, hair always grows back out.

Ambi face cream

Sooo! sorry for not posting for a while, I have been so busy with college and life and what-not.  Anyways, for everyone reading the ambi face cream posts, don't use this product.  I began seeing darkening in strange places on my face and I am almost certain if was from the face cream so, now I am taking a break and going to wait to try something new. I have been looking at Garnier's spot correcter.  This product has potent vitamin c to help remove spots.  This product is thought to be safe and have no bad effects.  As soon as I start, I will try to update you and keep you in the transformation of my face.

Ambi after one week

 So I posted last week that I would do a weekly update about the AMBI skin lighter.  These are pictures I took today.  I see my acne scars have faded a little but mainly, my face seems to have less random blotches of color and seems softer.  I don't have anymore dry patches or white spots.  I'm going to keep using this product and update you all next week.  I am happy with the progress so far but I will have to just see.

Sally Girl Poser nail polish

This is a high quality polish for little money in a little bottle.  This polish went on well and only required two coats.  The only problem I really had with it was working with the little brush.  The little brush was a little awkward but it was okay. The color is very rich and the polish dries very quickly.  I bought it online at sallybeauty.com and it was only $0.99.  I would defiantly purchase this again.  I am very happy with this product.  There were many other colors to select from so everyone could find that perfect color and because the price is so low, you can buy more than one!
